Couple seeking comfort
The hotel was great, we arrived and the room was super clean and comfy. I had a small issue with my first room, but the front desk lady was welcoming and changed it right away — that really made me feel valued.
Not the cheapest option around, but honestly it was all worth it.

I absolutely loved the elegant decor of Warwick Brussels, Grand Place. The beautiful furnishings in the lobby and dining areas created an inviting atmosphere. It was also easily accessible, which made moving around comfortable for us seniors.
More assistance at concierge for senior guests would help.

During my stay in a Classic Queen Room, the hotel’s location near Grand Place shone brightly. I appreciated the excellent breakfast options. However, the cleanliness of the room could be improved. Despite this, the warm reception made my visit enjoyable, and I would gladly return.

The location is prime, just a short walk to key attractions, which makes it easy to soak up the city's vibes. The elegant decor offers a classy touch, and the ample luggage storage is handy for those wanting to explore post-checkout.
Room 326 felt cramped and definitely showed its age with outdated furnishings. The shower was a letdown, with lukewarm water that took ages to adjust, making me feel like I was wrestling with it every morning. I also ended up staring at a brick wall from my window—definitely not inspiring. Lastly, the slow check-in process really tested my patience after a long travel day.

The location is fantastic, within a short walk to major attractions and the railway station, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast options were truly impressive, featuring delicious homemade ice cream. However, the room felt outdated, with a slight musty odor in the bathroom that was noticeable but not unbearable. Some amenities could use a refresh for improved comfort, although the staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
